Garage Project
Garage Project began in a tiny Wellington garage with just a 50-litre kit and a wild idea to brew without limits. Founded by Pete Gillespie, Jos Ruffell, and Ian Gillespie, the brewery quickly made a name for itself by taking risks and having fun with every batch. What started as true “nano brewing” has grown into one of New Zealand’s most creative and respected breweries.
