Shipping rates within Australia

  • We offer Standard and Express Post options to all locations within Australia.
  • The postage rates displayed on checkout are live feed from our shipping partners based on order weight and delivery postcode.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to USA, Canada, UK and New Zealand

Shipping Timing

All orders are dispatched either same day or the following working day.

Standard Post usually takes 2-6 working days depending upon the delivery postcode and the Express Post eta is 1-4 working days. International orders delivery eta is 20-30 days.

We run and operate our warehouse located at 4/4A Foundry Rd, Seven Hills 2147.

Please check the tracking link in your order confirmation email for delivery status. We are not automatically advised about late deliveries, but if your delivery is late, please email us at hello@craftzero.com.au for further assistance. 

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Faulty, damaged, lost parcels are eligible for a refund with a valid proof for orders within Australia.
  • In rare cases, if we do accept a return, 20% re-stocking fees is applicable and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • In case of missed delivery where the parcel is returned to sender (RTS) for non collection, $10 RTS fees plus re-delivery charge as per the shipping rates will apply. Refund is available for RTS orders subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • International parcels are not eligible for any refund whatsoever. We enourage international customer to reach out to us immediately after palcing an order to add transit cover (at additional cost) to protect against damage/loss in transit. Our email is hello@craftzero.com.au
